A number of you have asked how you might make donations to the churches in the Benefice of Wormingford & Mount Bures with Little Horkesley.

It’s simple, please send a cheque made payable to Wormingford PCC, Mount Bures PCC or Little Horkesley PCC

St Andrews, Worminford and St John the Baptist, Mount Bures are 800 year old buildings and it is a constant battle to keep them in good order.    At Wormingford we are planning to convert the ground floor of the Bell Tower into a kitchen/toilet for the convenience (no pun intended) of our many visitors.   At Mount Bures we are planning to re-roof a good section of the church.

At Little Horkesley, being a much younger building copmpleted in 1958 after being bombed during the 2nd World War, there are no major projects outstanding but, nevertheless, we have a number of smaller projects on hand, the most urgent of which is to put in place a better heating system before next Winter.
