Easter Services

We have a variety of services in Lent and Easter in addition to our normal Sunday services

Lent begins with Ash Wednesday when we hold a communion service at 7:00 pm at Wormingford

Palm Sunday services usually include the long readings of the Passion and Crucifixion of our Lord

Holy Week services include

Maundy Thursday Communion at 7:00 pm at Wormingford

A said service on Good Friday of Matins & Litany at 11:00 am at Wormingford

A sung service: The Last Hour at the Foot of the Cross at 2:00 pm at Little Horkesley

The Easter Vigil and Renewal of Baptismal Vows at Sunset at Mount Bures

Easter Day Services include Communion services at

8:00 am Wormingford if the 11:00 am is at Little Horkesley or vice versa

9:15 am Mount Bures

11:00 am Little Horkesley or Wormingford

There will also be a shortened form of Holy Communion after Evensong at 6:30 pm at Little Horkesley if the 11:00 am is at Wormingford

There will also be Parish Communion at 6:30 pm at Wormingford if the 11:00 am is at Little Horkesley
